In September 2000 when the company was initially established, we were mainly engaged in manufacturing and installing the static-free PVC floor, antistatic raised floor, static-free plastic insulation board, and auxiliary equipment in computer rooms. Our products were mainly sold in the domestic market and a small portion was exported to some Southeast Asian countries, such as the South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. As the R&D department made technological innovation constantly and the manufacturing techniques were improved continually, Xinfulai started to manufacture the waterproof vinyl floor in 2005 and the products were mainly exported to foreign markets. Since both static-free PVC floor and PVC plastic floor were plastic products, having similar raw materials, and Xinfulai had years of technology accumulation and powerful R&D strength, when Xinfulai was developing and manufacturing luxury vinyl floor, it benefited from its advanced manufacturing techniques and technology. Its product quality was stable, and gained a wider market very fast. Clients from many countries kept contacting us to seek cooperation and many of them have established a trustworthy long-term cooperative relationship with us, such as North American clients from Canada and the US; European clients from Germany, French, UK, and Spain; South American clients from Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Columbia, and Ecuador; Asian clients from Thailand, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Kuwait; and African clients from the South Africa and Egypt. Our products were highly recognized and praised in local markets. We have been in the field of floor export for more than 10 years. In August 2013, the founder of Xinfulai, Mr. Liu investigated foreign markets for more than 1 month, and visited countries of Germany, Belgium, French, the US, Canada, etc. He found that a new product emerged and was accepted by the market, that is, the wood plastic composite floor used indoors, which was preferred and accepted by more and more professionals. After he came back, Mr. Liu convened a meeting with the R&D department and the marketing department immediately He announced that the company should start to research on the wood plastic composite floor right away, and purchase professional equipment. After more than 10 months of diligent work day and night, the R&D department researched, and then tested again and again. Finally, in June 2014, we manufactured the wood plastic composite floor. This floor is also a type of plastic floor, a technically reformed and innovative version of our traditional products. Supported by core technology, the quality of our products found favor in the eyes of professional purchasers soon. In September 2014, we got an order of 50 containers from an American client. We have maintained cooperation with that client ever since. Up to 2017, it has been 13 years, during which we never stopped cooperation with this client. From October 2014, more professional purchasers, construction developers, indoor designers and other professionals started to establish cooperative relationships with our company.

 

In February 2016, suggested by a European client, Mr. Liu, the founder of the company started the research and development of another new product—stone plastic floor, a type of plastic floor, too. Since the manufacturing process of this product was simple, production efficiency was increased greatly and the product quality was more stable. In November 2016, we launched this new product—stone plastic floor, in the market, and received intensive response. Our clients, who had long-term cooperative relationship with us in PVC plastic floor and wood plastic composite floor showed keen interest in this product. Up to the beginning of 2017, more than 20 purchasers had placed trial orders of different quantity. Up until now, the satisfaction rate of this product has maintained 100% with zero complaint from any client.

 

 

Xinfulai is mainly engaged in manufacturing and exporting three types of product—carpet grain vinyl floor, wood vinyl composite floor, and stone vinyl floor. We have 350 professional workers and more than 20 technicians. The annual production capacity is 2,200 standard containers of indoor waterproof floors, and more than 95% of our orders are export orders. All of Xinfulai’s products are suitable to be used indoors, for example, in the office, restaurant, hotel, living room, bedroom, shopping mall, supermarket, library, kitchen, bathroom, rest room, elevator, cinema, museum, and other indoor places. Generally LVT vinyl floor for residential use, the maximum period of quality guarantee is up to 70 years. Depending on the thickness of the wearing layer, the maximum period of quality guarantee of a product with a wearing layer of 0.5mm can be 70 years; comparatively, the maximum period of quality guarantee for commercial use floor is shorter. The period of quality guarantee for the floor with a wearing layer of 0.5mm used in commercial places is 15 years. The span of quality guarantee for both residential use and commercial use is not absolute, since it will depend on many factors such as whether the floor is laid in a professional way, whether the temperature environment is normal, and whether there is artificial damage.
