Xinfulai SPC floor Quality Inspection from Colombia Client

On April 20th, our colombia client informed us that they need to inspect the SPC floor before delivery. We were glad to welcome him, and we arranged the schedule for him. After he arrived at the Changzhou station, we pick him up by our company car, and together to factory to inspect their order. 

Once we reached our factory, we show our client the condition of their order. We pick out two cartons to our testing room. We have prepared a series of professional inspection equipments. The client was very serious and professional. He inspected the total thickness, the width and length of full floor, the UV coating degree and even the installing performance. Below is the detailed inspection process: 

One: Inspect the thickness.

Two: Inspect the floor width.

Three: Inspect the length. 

Four: Inspect the color. 

We have sent the client the little sample of this color. He took the sample and put it on the real floor to check if there is any color difference. 

Five: Inspect the click performance. 

Six: Inspect the installation. 

The client required us to install some of the SPC floor to check if there is any problem with the installation.
